Custom manufacturing is our primary focus. We can successfully manage the production process from the initial stages of creating comprehensive project specifications (serving as the “blueprint” for correcting manufacturing the product exactly the way you want), arranging for prototypes and pre production samples to be produced, scheduling final production, even arranging the overseas freight forwarding.

While specializing in high volume plastic molded products, we also deal with custom manufactured products in the areas of die cast metal, textiles, printed materials, and many other materials.

Complete Games

We're highly experience in the area of complete board game manufacturing. This process involves coordinating the manufacturing of multiple components, and then bringing them all together on a timely basis during the assembly phase. Often times several factories are involved, depending upon the nature of the components in the game. The gameboard is designed to fit within the dimensions of the retail box, other components are sized to fit into certain cavities of plastic trays, the artwork must be consistent across several of the printed components, and the assembly must be place all components in their correct order. Of course, we package the product according to your needs. We are very familiar with typical requirements that retailers have for the number of games to be packed in shipping cartons, choking hazard warnings, country of origin labeling, etc.
