Our manufacturing capabilities are quite broad, including plastic molding, printing, die casting, textiles, vacuum forming and heat sealing, and other manufacturing processes. We pride ourselves in carefully evaluating the product to be produced, to determine the best material and manufacturing method to utilize. We offer suggestions on how to produce your product faster, or cheaper, or with better quality. We work with many manufacturers throughout Hong Kong and China , and are frequently traveling overseas to visit the factories, inspecting their facilities, reviewing project specifications, defining quality inspection processes, etc.
The actual manufacturing of a product is only part of the entire project management process. From initial quoting to arranging delivery of the finished product, we take a very proactive stance, staying on top of all aspects of the project. Writing the product specifications and determining the manufacturing viability is a critical step in ensuring the manufacturer's success in producing the product correctly. We also closely manage the project timelines, from creating the custom molds, printing plates, etc. to coordinating with overseas freight forwarders to schedule to delivery of the finished product to your distribution facility.

Plastic Molding
We have a long history with plastic molded products. There are many different types of plastics that can be used for your product. The type of plastic and style of molding to be utilized is dependent upon the product to be produced- the look and feel of the plastic, the required product volume, the cost target, etc. Different types of plastic produce different characteristics, and we can assess which material and style of molding would be best for your project. We are highly experienced with compression, injection, rotational, and blow molding. The manufacturing viability phase of the product will help determine which material and method is best to use.

Printed Materials
We are very heavily involved with printed materials. We have strong relationships with a variety of printing vendors, specializing in 2 color, 4 color and even 6 color printing, box manufacturing, playing card manufacturing, etc. A critical part of a successful printed component is choosing the material to print on. We work the overseas paper manufacturers to source a wide range of papers, focusing on correct stiffness, color, texture, etc. We also conduct press checks at the printing factory, to ensure that the materials are correct in color and registration.
Custom printing directly on products is also an area of focus. We are experienced with tampo (pad) printing, silksceening, hot stamping, heat transfer, etc.

Plush, Vinyls, & Textiles
We have experience with a wide variety of sewn textiles, plush products, and printed vinyls. We work with many vendors to provide just the right material to be used with your project. We can supply samples of various fabrics and vinyl materials, and are very familiar with the correct manufacturing processes to apply to ensure the best quality product.

Vacuum Forming
Vacuum formed trays are used for holding components in place inside a retail box, or displaying products under a clear "bubble". We used a variety of materials and form them onto a mold to create the desired shape.

Metal Tins
Metal tins are a highly prevalent form of packaging today. However, there are right and wrong ways to produce these tins. We focus on the correct metal thickness and printing techniques to ensure durability and quality. We can achieve many different effects, using gold, silver, or painted tin material with embossed images and custom shapes.

Die-Cast Goods
In the Toy and Game industry, die cast metal typically is used to produce small metal game tokens and various other components. We can use custom sculpted designs into reproduce them with die cast metal, applying pewter, gold, or silver treatments. This type of metal is far less expensive than using real pewter.

Wood Products
Our experience with wood products ranges from simple Cribbage Boards to children's toys to complex strategy puzzles, requiring exacting tolerances and specialty hard woods. We can pad print, silk screen, or hot stamp your custom images on the wood.

Manufacturing Viability
Determining the manufacturing viability of a product is absolutely critical. More simply put, figuring out the most cost effective way to produce the product according to your specifications, meeting standards of safety, quality, and durability is a necessary first step in any project. The best product idea will not be successful if it is too expensive or difficult to produce. Also, quality and durability is critical to the product's long term success in the market.
In the early stages of a project, we will carefully consider the manufacturing viability of the product, answering such questions as "is this the most cost effective way to produce this item?", of "if this product is highly successful in the marketplace, will the manufacturing methods employed keep up with production demands?"
Our manufacturing experience and focus on toy and game products enables us to make appropriate judgements about the best type of manufacturing to employ.
Tooling & Set-up
We arrange for molds, color separations, printing plates, etc. to be produced. These are proprietary for your project only, and will not be used for any other customer or project.
Safety Testing
We work with various independent safety testing labs to submit the finished product to rigorous testing appropriate for our industry. We arrange testing to look for heavy metals content in printing inks, flammability, choking hazards, etc. The labs we contract with will produce a comprehensive test report based on the specific tests required.
Quality Control
The manufacturers we work with are required to conduct rigorous quality control inspections before, during, and upon completion of all manufacturing. We test raw materials for compliance to specifications, conduct inspections during the manufacturing of the product, and subject the finished product to rigorous inspection after completion. We will provide you with preproduction samples for your review and approval before commencing with final production, and will even provide samples of final production before delivering the goods to the freight forwarder for overseas shipping. We maintain inspection reports, and will submit samples of the final production for your review.
