Pax Unplugged the Newest Tabletop Convention

Published:  February 2, 2017

PAX is adding a new event called Pax Unplugged on November 17th - 19th, which will be held at the Pennsylvania Convention Center in Philadelphia. The new show will be will be set up similarly to other Pax events, which includes an exhibit hall, tournaments, and panels with industry professionals, however the focus will be exclusively on tabletop gaming.

“With the rise of popularity of board games, we wanted to provide a dedicated space where fans can come together,” said Jerry Holkins, one of the event coordinators at PAX. “We will continue to have tabletop games at every PAX. Unplugged will focus on stepping away from the TV, monitor and phone to foster face-face-face multiplayer experiences.”

Badges for PAX Unplugged will go on sale this Spring. We hope to see you there!
