Our project management staff is highly trained and experienced in all areas of project management. Our knowledge with overseas manufacturing, material sourcing, international freight forwarding, and many other areas enables us to navigate through the multiple possibilities for delays, cost increases, rework, etc. We constantly stay one step ahead throughout the entire process, coordinating time schedules, obtaining preproduction samples for approvals, reviewing the time lines for completing the manufacturing and assembly, arranging the freight forwarding, etc.
